Shipping Policy

Orders and Shipping

Orders $125 and above ship FREE.

Orders under $125 have a flat rate $7.95 and are shipped USPS First Class or Priority based on weight.

Due to additional fees imposed by the State of California, Some orders will be charge an additional surcharge upon checkout.  

Right Now, Orders typically take between 1 and 5 business days to process and leave our facility.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the lingering affects of COVID-19, Shipping Carriers are bogged down due to the amount of online shopping and this is causing delays in us receiving supply orders AND order reaching our customers.

Saturday and Sunday are NOT Business Days. Orders received after 3:00pm are considered ordered on the following business day.

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) it’s usually an additional 1-5 days depending on your distance from our location. All ordered are shipped from Chesapeake, Virginia 23320.

UPDATE: USPS recently updated their shipping zones and transit times. Due to holiday demand and the ongoing short staffing issues at post offices nationwide, shipping times have jumped from 1-3 days to more like 3-5 depending on your location. Please understand these delays are out of our control. Once your package hits the mail stream we are not liable for delays or missed delivery dates. No carrier is offering ground rates with guarantees at this time. We highly suggest planning ahead and making sure you have adequate supply before making commitments on jobs with deadlines.

Upon Shipping, you will receive a Tracking Number and link to keep tabs on your order. At any time, you can check the status of your order by visiting the Track Your Order page

Your order will ship to the address entered at the time of purchase. We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been received.


If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, a $10.00 fee will be charged before we reship the order to the corrected address.


If you decide for us to keep your returned your, the original shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Currently we only ship within the Continental United States.

We proudly ship to Military APO and FPO Addresses. Thank You for your service!

99% of the time your entire order will come in one package. If you have a large order or backorder, it’s possible we may split the shipments in order to get you the bulk of your order faster. If an order is shipped in multiple boxes, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We have discontinued overnight shipping options. USPS has let us and our customer down too many times.


We recommend having the vinyl needed for your job in-hand before accepting a job with a deadline.

Returns and Exchanges

We no longer take order changes, add-ons, or cancellations. 


Our fulfillment team works around the clock to process orders. Just because your order doesn’t show as SHIPPED on our website doesn’t mean it hasn’t been pulled, packaged, and placed into a shipping bin.

If you choose to return your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

The original shipping charges and up to a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must be in original condition and free of any debris, contaminates or defects.

If your order qualified for free shipping,  $10.00 will be deducted to offset the shipping cost we incurred. 


All returns must be pre-approved and use a shipping method that includes tracking information. We are not responsible for orders lost during the return process.


No returns will be authorized after 14 days of order receipt.

Oh No! Please respond to your order confirmation email with details on what your order is missing.


Please attach photos of the entire contents of the box your received INCLUDING the packing slip. This helps our team identify who filled the order and what went wrong.

We MUST have photos of the damaged items in question. No replacement items or refunds can be issued without checking all these boxes.


No replacements or refunds will be authorized after 14 days of order receipt, please review your order at the time it’s delivered.

All returns should be shipped to the return address in the upper left corner of the shipping label.
